The Bootcamp program is all about hard work! This rigorous training, ran by renowned fitness coach & certified trainer Duane Robinson, focuses on an athlete’s jump, agility, stability, mobility, and recovery training. The program is open to everyone and will take place on Mondays (June 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th) from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Belmont Shore.
