During tryouts, we will host a parent meeting for all families to review the player packet for the 2024-2025 season. Our directors will provide comprehensive information on tuition rates, details of travel tournaments, and opportunities for participation in fundraisers throughout the season. This meeting will offer parents a chance to gain insight into the upcoming season and ask any questions they may have regarding their athlete's involvement with the club.

After the initial tryout, each player will receive a call from our coaching staff indicating the team they have made. As emphasized prior to tryouts, we urge families to familiarize themselves with our club's expectations and be prepared to commit promptly upon receiving an offer. The second day of tryouts will primarily focus on filling any remaining roster gaps to ensure each team is adequately formed and ready for the season ahead.

Commitment Day: This day solidifies your position to the team and ensures all necessary administrative tasks are completed for the upcoming season. It is mandatory to bring all post-dated tuition checks for the season, along with printed and completed documents including the Financial Agreement, Tournament Travel Agreement, SCVA Medical Release, and SCVA Commitment letter which can be found on our website. Additionally, during this time frame, uniform sizing will be conducted for all players. It's important to note that players will need a separate check or payment method (with card charging available) for their uniform package.
