Training Information: 

All Skills Training Program

The All Skills Training program is tailored for 6th to 8th graders and covers a wide range of fundamental and advanced skills The program is scheduled for Mondays (June 3rd, 17th, and 24th) from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the AIM Sports Center Small Gym.

Open Gym Sessions

High school and college athletes can take advantage of our Open Gym Sessions, which offer a fantastic opportunity to get more practice and compete at a high level. These sessions are scheduled for Wednesdays (June 5th, 19th, and 26th) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the AIM Sports Center Small Gym.

A1 Positional Training

The A1 Positional Training is aimed at 14 - 18 year-olds and is conducted in small groups with our positional coaches. This training focuses on specific positions and the skills necessary to excel in these roles. The program covers Wednesdays (June 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th) from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM at Cypress College Big Gym.

Beach Team

For those who prefer beach volleyball, we have the Beach Team program run by Director Coach Gus Tuaniga. This program is open to intermediate-advance levels. Courts will be split by skillset & age. We will have 7 sessions, with the first session starting on June 4th. Sessions will take place at Belmont Shore: Rosie’s Dog Beach from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

A1 Boot Camp

The Bootcamp program is all about hard work! This rigorous training, ran by renowned fitness coach & certified trainer Duane Robinson, focuses on an athlete’s jump, agility, stability, mobility, and recovery training. The program is open to everyone and will take place on Tuesdays (June 4th 11th, 18th, and 25th) from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at Belmont Shore.

Pre-Tryout Trainings

As the tryouts approach, we understand the importance of preparing our athletes. This is why we offer Pre-Tryout Trainings for all skill levels. These sessions cover a wide range of fundamental and advanced skills, conditioning, and game strategies.
